Can i run Kingston FURY Memory 8 GB 1866 MHz on a Motherboard which supports 1600 MHz ?

My motherboard says it Supports DDR3-1600 Memory while my RAM is 1866 MHz.
So.. I've few questions for experts here.

Q1- Can i run my PC with it ?
Q-2- Will i face any problem while Heavy Gaming at 1080p or 60 FPS Gaming ( say GTA 5 or BF4 ) ?
Q-3 What about Performance ? Will it be stable and do its purpose ?

Motherboard : MSI H81M-P33 Motherboard
CPU: INTEL 3.1 GHz LGA 1150 i5 4440 4th Generation Processor
GPU: ZOTAC Nvidia Geforce Gtx 760 2 Gb Gddr5 Graphics Card
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST1000DM003)
SSD: TRANSCEND TS128GSSD 370 128GB SSD(Solid State Drive)

Yes 1866 mhz don't have to run 1866 they can run 1600 1333
Ram speed is not a important factor when gaming unless you use an apu.
You gpu is the most important component when gaming.
