I have Intel's 82945G (GMA 950)Graphics for which I am struggling to play games with it. I just want gameplay...that it should run properly. Is there any way through which I can do a decent-low graphics gaming like FIFA, PES, NFS etc? My pc's coinfigs is below.

RAM: 2GB DDR2

CHIPSET: ECS Livermore
GRAPHICS: Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family(256 MB)

Yes, the GMA 950 is too old. It was released back in Jan 2005 which means it is almost 11 years old.

It does not support DirectX 10 or 11. I think major game developers stopped supporting DirectX 9 back in 2011 or 2012. The only new games that would probably support DirectX 9 are indie games. The GMA 950 is basically obsolete.... time for a new desktop.
You need more power if you want to play modern games at a playable level. Get atleast 4gb of ddr3 ram, atleast an i3 CPU or greater and a 5 series gtx gpu or greater. So basically you'll need a whole new computer.
