Can i run mortal kombat X on maxed settings?

Hey, I'm looking for a good game to play with my buddies when we gather in my house. I gonna get mortal kombat x but I want it to run at full settings and not lag. Will my pc run it smoothly?

Cpu : Ryzen 3 1200
Gpu : RX460
Ram : 8GB

Btw that other games like this would you recommend?

Maybe not on that GPU...just the recomended system is a GTX660. Id move on up to a 1050ti or 1060 my man.
