Why so much RAM, are u doing video editing, 3d rendering, etc?
A SSD would be a huge improvement for system speed, 850 EVO 120GB looks great.

4GB is enough to most games, but 8GB would be perfect.; Try finding a 2133Mhz CAS 9 (2x4GB) Kit from G.Skill, (Ripjaws or Sniper).

Yes it will run most games, setting will be different depending on game - some med - some high - and DRAM is fine for most - your iGPU will be using system memory so it will take a good chunk of your 12 GB, 8GB is enough for most games though there are games that call for 16GB if wanting the higher settings
