My other components have no issue when i run this card?????

No it won't work.
You have to change the PSU. Get a good quality 450+W PSU.
And the card will be a serious bottleneck with that cpu. You have to get at least a Core i5-2500.
And also upgrade RAM to 8gb ddr3 1333mhz.

Then the card would work properly. And run the games you want (like Watch Dogs 2, etc.)

See this video and tell

I'm still saying the same after watching the video.
Even the guy in video paired it with a i5-2400. That's what i said before.

Your current system just won't handle it.
You need a massive upgrade of everything: psu, cpu, ram.

The games you mentioned won't run on that cpu anyway even if you get the card in your current system.

Are you sure???
If i run what happen???
So which is the best card on this price limit plz tell i want to buy this rx 460???

Yes I'm sure.
First of all, your system won't even start if you use the card with that PSU.
And the card requires auxiliary power connectors. Which I'm sure your PSU won't have.

You should really not think about running any modern games on that system. No use of getting a card unless you upgrade your system.
It's not just about RX 460. Any card would be wasted with your current configuration.
