Hello! I bought all the parts for my computer but a video card because I can't afford it. When all my parts come in can I build it and have it in a working state? Also if I can, what type of on board graphics does this classify under? Ex: Intel HD 4000?

As long as the motherboard chipset supports onboard CPU graphics and your CPU has the graphics chip, sure (both are yes for your build there). It won't be as fast as a discrete card but if you don't game it should be fast enough

How will it handle something like Minecraft or CS:GO?

The G860 essentially has the HD2000 graphics chipset, however it is a slight bit slower in clockspeed.

It will certainly handle minecraft fine.
And CS:GO will be playable at a mix of minimum/medium graphics. (30-40fps)

It is by no means a powerhouse, but it should tie you over for the time being.

If your going to game at all I recommend a dedicated card. Intel HD 4000 Is far better than previous genrations of Intel intergrated line but its still will never match the performace of dedicated (discrete) cards.

Im not entirly sure with version of Intel HD you have.

Even with minecraft you might be able to run it. But I personally wouldnt call it a fun experience =/

Idk about CS:GO

"It is by no means a powerhouse, but it should tie you over for the time being." I agree =D

It basically has the Intel HD "1000". It is slow, but at least it is a little better than their old GMA 4500. So while the Intel HD "1000" is crappy, it is not as crappy as their older graphic tech.
