Can i run my PC without a graphics card?

It will be a while before i will get my graphics card, but i want to install the OS before that. I thought my CPU had integrated graphics, but whenever i tried to boot the computer, the leds on the motherboard stops at VGA and then reboots. And nothing shows up on the screen, and the keyboard is not powered too. I have put the link to my pc parts.

Your Current motherboards BIOS are not updated to support your 9th Gen Intel processor. You first have to install 8th gen chip and update it's bios to use your 9th gen processor or get z390 chipset motherboard.
