Probably not, it is recommended to have at least a 500W quality PSU in a system using one GTX 670. Depending on the make/model of your PSU it might work, but I wouldn't risk it, especially if you are or will be doing any overclocking.

ROFL........I would NEVER seriously consider much less use an Apevia brand anything!!!! I only trust/use/recommend quality PSUs from top tier companies such as Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (EXCEPT their CX series) or Antec.
While the Corsair CX series are decent, much better than many others out there, I do not recommend them for anything other than low-end builds using mainstream video cards and no overclocking involved. However, once you get into enthusiast level video cards and/or overclocking, I do not trust them. That's me, When I spend >$1000 on a rig, I will not take a chance on a budget PSU taking out the entire thing, I'll spend the extra money for a quality PSU every time.
