Hi, I have maximum $200 and my system is a Ci5 3470 3.2ghz 8gb ram and Nvidia gt730 with a PSU of Thermal master TM-420-PSAR-M3, it's a 420w PSU with a DC output of +12v +5v +3.3v -12v +5Vsb and max current of 20A 18A 16A 0.3A 1.5A so is it possible for me to run GTX 1050 ti 4gb as many people on different forums said that you need atleast 430w PSU so am confused ! And which one is better ? Gigabyte MSI Asus ?

Hi,

I would recommend going to http://pcpartpicker.com/list/
Choose all the parts in your PC with GTX 1050 instead of GT 730. When you press to add any of the elements, on the left side it will be shown how many parts are there in your build, how much it costs (new) and estimated wattage, that is what you want. If it exceeds 420w or comes really close to that number, i would recommend upgrading PSU, but if the whole power consuption is lower than 400w, i would go for 1050 upgrade.

Hi, I checked and got overall power consumption of 249w including GTX 1050ti 4gb , is it okay ?
