Hello guys my question is can i run Nvidia Palit GT430 on my motherboard: asustek computer inc. p5kpl-am se. the Videocard is DDR3 1GB.

Don't see an issue but why that card? You are better off listing your full system specs, your budget and what you will use the system for.

The card isn't for me, a friend of mine is getting his brother's old card

What does your friend have now? The card will work. Like I said, though, it is pretty weak.
