Can i run oem bios

i was wondering if i could run oem bios until i got my gaming cpu cooler my computer is currently on a stock cpu cooler that came with my processor here are my specs

I7 2600k
Power color 6790
Gigabyte GA- z68
OCZ 750W
Corsair venegeance 8gb (12800)
Rosewill future
Others stufff...................

Oh and what should my voltage be or how hot should my system be

Yes, you can run oem bios which every body dose. I think you want to overclock your cpu. Until you get a good cpu cooler, dont change any cpu setting in bios. It may damage your cpu. Cpu voltage should be at default value.
