Will i be able to run the game at low settings ?

Expect some frame drops when you are on the plane/ parachute . Except that you will be fine ( Around 60 outside towns , and in big towns ( Yasnaya, Georgopol, Pochinki etc) you will be around 35-40 . By the time ( as long as you stay in towns or other people die you will be better. Anyway, you can buy the game from steam and if you are not happy you can refund it ( Just dont play more than 2 hours or pass 14 days since you bought the game)

Well these things i said are for 1080p resolution , in 1366x768 you will be better
