can i run powercooler amd radeon hd 6950 ?????

my specs are my mother board is BIOSTAR H61MLV3
I HAVE 4 GB RAM
POWER SUPPLY IS iball zps

MY PROCESSOR IS INTEL PENTIUM CPU G645 @ 2.90GHZ
AND 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM
WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 BIt

my quistions
1) i want to change the PSU
2) IF I CHANGE WITCH IS THE BEST PSU AT LOWEST PRICE IN INDIA ??
3)IF I GET THE NEW PSU IT WILL WORK???

1. Yes, you should change your PSU since it is Tier five PSU.

2. Can't have the best and cheapest in one unit. Good quality PSUs do cost money. Here i suggest a solid Tier two PSU, Seasonic S12II-520.

3. If you get the Seasonic S12II-520 then it will work. I got the very same one for my AMD build (specs in my signature) over 3 years ago and it is still going strong.

Bonus: You can run your Radeon HD 6950 just fine when using Seasonic S12II-520.
