Question Can i run programs from a hard drive with os in another pc?

I just build up a gaming pc so i can retire my old one and I don't want to download all my games and programs again, this new PC have already a hard drive with a Os and I want to run the programs by this new hdd os, they are both win 10 and amd based. Is this even possible?

You can try to, but most probably you'll have to reinstall. However, you can copy the saved progress for each game. Google for how to.

Ones that use launchers, such as Steam & Origin, usually can by adding the remote drive to the apps library locations.

Ones that you install, like Office, are usually a No. They write too much data to other portions of the drive, like the hidden AppData folder.
