If you have the Ultra-slim Desktop , forget about it because the case is too small.
If you have Small Form Factor, you need get the low profile HD4870 also the new 500W PSU, but you pay more for the small format PSU.
If you have Convertible Minitower you are fine, also get regular ATX format PSU too.
