No, maybe an HD 7870 with a Pitcairn chip. Not the HD 5450.

You can't, but even if you could, you would likely be better off using just the 270x by itself, as when crossfiring, the cards drop to whichever card is weakest, so it would essentially be crossfired 5450s, which would be useless anyway.
