Hi guys, im desperate for help from someone who knows or had similar issues, because i've received different oppinion on this subject. So, getting to the question.

Can i run a Radeon R9 270 gaming twin frozr 2GB DDR5-256bit with 4GB RAM? I initially wanted to buy x2 4GB RAM, but it seems my budget wont allow it. Will i need 8GB as A MUST. I never had a super rocket pc, but im wondering if i would have any problems playing games or any other kind?

Also, would you guys suggest to buy Corsair or Kingston RAM? Or even DDR3 RAM or DDR4/5 ?I've had Kingston, but some friend of mine said corsair is better.

And my last question, will 750W power source be enough for that R9? I think this is too much, but again someone suggested i might have problem with like 500W or something like that. Is 750Wpower source enough? Do i need more/less ?

Thank you guys and sorry for so many questions . :)

I'd go with g skill or crucial RAM personally, when it comes to memory.. kingston sucks, don't forget how many times they were trying to trick customers, especially in the low end market. there is no DDR5 RAM bro, thats GDDR5 graphics memory. yeah your 750W will be enough.

as for gaming with 4GB, yeah 90% of games wont have any issues about it, however if you're running memory hungry W7/W8/W8.1 in the latest titles you'll see severe losses of performance.Generally depends on games you play, but with 4GB RAM ,I'd stick to W XP and wouldn't get all rushing to far cry 4,CoD:Advanced Warfare or GTA V.

I see , so 90% of games will work, but like about hard graphics games .. will i be able to play them at least on low/med quality ?

Also, another question i forgot to ask, my motherboard fits everything except that its PCI Express 2.0 and as you guys know better, that R9 is 3.0. But everywhere i read i saw there was no actual problem or performace loss with that ?

Thanks for your answers so far !

settings aren't the prime issue, just there's too much stuff to store in the memory and it cant keep up, once a little spot frees up in memory shitload of effects and textures try to get through into that cosy place.

1 more thing: make sure when playing with 4GB to turn off all background programs and do not leave anything in the tray, thats crucial for 4GB users.

exactly. EVERYTHING.

Thanks for the answers guys, i finally decided to get and succeded to buy 8GB DDR3 1600mhz RAM and also i sticked with the PSU of 750W with 46V double rail as i heard that R9 270 already 'eats' 24V when you turn the PC on. If i'd have any problems with the setup ill post since i am no computer geek :)

No a R9 270 will take around 140W on its own. That would be around 12 Amps on the 12 V rails.
A decent 550W will be fine. There isn't a need for 750W psu for a single R9 270.
