Can I run Rainbow six: Siege?

I've been getting really interested in Rainbow six. The only thing holding back my purchase is wether or not my pc can run it well enough. I've got a GTX 650 and a i5 3330P with 8 gb ram. I'm looking to be able to play the game competitively with my friend so a steady 60 is a must. Thanks for reading.

You may have to turn the settings like shadows down to low and textures to med, but other wise you should be able to get 60 fps
