Can my Laptop run Rainbow Six Siege and if so what amount of fps?

Specs:
Intel Core i5-4210H
2.9GHz (Can Turbo boost to 3.4 while gaming)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 850M 2gb graphics
8gb Ram
1TB hard drive

Sidenote: Ive read online that R6s supports a GTX460+ and I cant find whether my graphics card is equivalent or better than it. (eg: it beats it in lighting but loses to it in memory speed)

I can also overclock my graphics card to achieve:
Bus Width: 40Gb/s
GPU Clock Boost: 1036Mhz
GPU Clock Memory: 1250MHz

Thanks Guys help would be greatly appreciated!

Solution
Yes, you can play Rainbow Six siege at medium settings at 1080p. You can slightly crank up the settings at lower resolutions.

Gtx 460 was an 1 GB card and your GPU chip contains 2 GB video memory. Speedwise, GTX 850M will be very slightly faster than the older GTX 460.

Ram and CPU wise, you are good to go.

You can definitely run the game in full 1080p at 60 FPS, no problem. If you experience any lag, before turning down your graphic settings, I highly recommend upgrading to 16GB of RAM total. Rule of thumb, when a game recommends 8GB of RAM, it's best to have at least 12GB of RAM total because that 8GB recommended RAM is how much you need AVAILABLE.

Go to your task manager and click on the performance tab and then click on memory. You'll notice you have LESS than 8GB AVAILABLE right now. GTA 5 is a great example. GTA 5 recommends 8GB of RAM and you need well over 9.5GB to run it without lag. All the updates could have something to do with this.
