i have asus tuf b450-plus gaming which support up to 4400mhz of ram , can i run 3600mhz with my ryzen 5 2600 ?

Asus publish a set of 'Memory QVL' testing for that motherboard with each generation of Ryzen (the memory controller for Ryzen is built into the cpu so memory support varies depending on which cpu you are using)....

Looking at that, the fastest speed they were able to achieve with a 2000 series cpu is 3533 (although that was only on one very specific kit), all the other modules maxed out at 3200 mhz.... so you can probably use a 3600 mhz kit with that cpu however you would likely have to down clock it to 3200 mhz to get it working.
