Can i run Rust at it's highest with these specs?

So, i am going to upgrade my rig in a few months, and i'd like to know if i can run the game at it's highest with these specs:

Palit GeForce GTX1060 6GB

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2400MHz

MSI B350 Gaming Plus

Rust if a pretty demanding game but you could definitely run it in high settings with that rig.

Also, get at the very least 2666Mhz of RAM. Ryzen systems depend highly on RAM for performance. If possible 3000Mhz would even be better, but at the very least 2666.
