Hello, i will buy an Gaming Budget can i run skyrim at High/Ultra and some graphical mods like Skyrim HD, Realistic Water Two etc. (Not an ENB). For now i got this in mind i might upgrade it later, how much frame rates for this build? And i'd like to hear what part is strong and which one is weak.

Specs:
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz (Crucial Ballistix - Dual Channel)
CPU: AMD FX-4300 (Overclocked)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 4 SCMG-4000
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 240 (2G DDR3)
PSU: Corsair VS Series VS450
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P

Thanks in advance.

The A10 6800k is basically the same as the FX 4300. It just has an integrated gpu that you won't use if you have a discrete GPU. If you want to upgrade the CPU you should upgrade to an FX 6300 or 8320 or go with intel. If you want to stay budget with the FM2 platform, you could use an Athlon x4 860k or similar.
Changing RAM won't boost performance in any noticeable way.

Here are some cpu benchmarks for skyrim:

These are without any mods. You can expect an FX 4300 to run fine most of the time.

With that GPU you are looking at LOW to MID settings on 1080p with roughly 20 FPS...no mods. You can scale back your resolution for better performance, but if you have the budget, I would recommend getting something else.

Your GPU is really too weak for what you are wanting. Instead of dumping a lot of cash on a cooler, you should just buy better stock parts. An R7 260 or GTX 750 are the lowest cards I would recommend for what you are asking. An R9 280 would be much better.
For your CPU, you will probably experience some stuttering when there is a lot going on.

The Radeon R7 240 DDR3 is an entry level graphics card. It is basically equal to the Radeon HD 6670 DDR3 that was released back in 2011.

You can probably play Skyrim okay with medium graphic settings at 1920x1080, but you may need to lower graphic settings though.

Here is a video of Skyrim being played @ 1080p using low settings on the Radeon R7 240 DDR3 and a FX-8320. The Youtuber wrote the following FPS, but you may get lower FPS since you have a FX-4300 CPU.

Min FPS = 15
Max FPS = 80
Average FPS = 54

Of course lowering the resolution will improve performance so if 1080p is not an absolute must, then you can increase graphic quality while maintaining decent / good FPS.

Thanks for the video, but if i change the cpu to an amd a10 6800k (maybe overclocked) and the gpu to an gtx 750 ti will i get way more fps? i decided to run some things on high and the rest just on medium. and i maybe will change the ram to an corsair vengeance (if it boosts performance a lot)

Thanks, I'll stick to an overclocked fx 6300 and an 750 ti.

This is the PC I used to play Skyrim on:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 555 @ 3.2 GHz
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-US2H
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD5670 (512MB VRAM)
RAM: 2x 2GB Hynix Single-Channel DDR3 @ 535Hz

I played at a resolution of 1366x768, textures and shadows at maximum (not HD), V-Sync and some Anisotropic Filtering. The advanced settings like water and lighting were mostly at maximum. I also had close to 200 mods, but very few of those were not content mods. My framerate was generally in the low to mid 50s, but could go as low as the mid 20s in Whiterun (due to a mod that added trees to the interior of the city) and as high as 60Hz in areas where view distance was restricted by the scenery.

Just thought I'd let you know as a reference point. The R7 240 is better than my HD5670, and the FX4300 is better than my Phenom II.

Oh, did you use JK's Whiterun? That mod eats a lot of fps and it's not really useful to me, Since i will get an overclocked fx 6300 and an 750 ti i will get a lot of more with this then an fx 4300 and an r7 240 especially the 750 ti it's just with everything a lot better then the r7 240
