No. It would struggle with the base game if that thread linked above is correct about your specs.

Nope, it will struggle to even play the original version of Skyrim. Assuming it has the dedicated nVidia Quadro NVS 135m GPU, it is still pretty weak given it's age. It is a lot less powerful than than the Intel HD 3000 graphics which was released back in 2011 when Intel introduced the 2nd generation Sandy Bridge Intel Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs.

See link below for game performance of the Intel HD 3000. The regular version of Skyrim is included. Remember the Intel HD 3000 is overall more powerful than the NVS 135m.
