Can I run skyrim

I mean skyrim that was at 2011 not SE
Cpu:i3 3.3gHz
Ram 3.7 gb
Gpu:intel HD graphics 2000
I want to play it smootly even I played with lowest settings

IMO you'll likely struggle for great quality. Realistically Skyrim requires a quad core CPU and slightly more powerful graphics. I know multiple people who have ran Skyrim on dual core CPUs, but that paired with only Intel HD 2000 graphics is more difficult. You should be fine on lowest possible settings, and lower resolutions, but I wouldn't expect much more.

So realistically, turn everything low, it should run smoothly, the gradually build small amounts until your optimum settings are reached. But don't expect wonders.
