Gainward GeForce GTX 760 Phantom 4096MB
Corsair H100i liquid cooling
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX motherboard

Can I run SLI with two of these cards on this system?

Yes you can. PSU is powerful enough and the motherboard supports SLI/Crossfire.
