Your well under the min requirements so probably not however the game is free (last time I checked on Steam) so it may be worth trying but your really going to need to lower the resolution/graphic settings to get it to run smoothly.

thanks for the help squad isn't free on steam and for $50 for it run on below minimum its not really worth it

Oh wow, I didn't realize they were charging for it now. I played it last year around Oct and it was free. So yea it's not worth it unless you snag a good GPU such as the RX 570 4gb. You may want a better CPU but that Athlon is fine for now and would save up for a 3300 when they come out. It's similar to the 2600 but has higher clock speeds and should only be $100 which is cheap for that CPU.
