Can I Run Star Citizen?

I was wondering if I could run Star Citizen with these specs and I need some help to rather upgrade to an Intel CPU and a Nvidia GPU or stick with AMD/RADEON. I tried finding rather I could run it but the program to check the requirements kept closing, so I turned to Tom's Hardware which has helped me in the past.

I don't see why not, but the game isn't finished, so hard to say what the final requirements might be. Heck, they could get better as they run through and start optimizing.

Runs on the Crysis engine, which is pretty punishing if you crank up the settings though.
