Specs:
AMD A8-5545M
8gb RAM
AMD Radeon HD 8510G

Yes I know my graphics card is crap.

Is there anyway to find out how many frames ill get?

yes you will be able to run DayZ Standalone on your laptop. Just try to lower down the graphical effects to low to medium settings.
