Can i run the GTX 770 with a 430w power supply?

I just got an extra GTX 770 for free from my brother, but the power consumption is pretty huge and my whole system altogether looks to be around 434 watts max. I have a 430w Corsair power supply and i was wondering if i could lower the clock speed of the graphics card to make it still okay to use. Is this safe and a good idea, or would i be better off saving for a better PSU?

Specs:
AMD FX 6300 CPU
Currently using GTX 750 Ti as GPU

Sorry but you can't the least power needed is 600W so i best advice you to upgrade your PSU too if you are willing to use that GPU.

I'd say a good quality 550w or 600w will suit you.

A GeForce GTX 770 needs 42 amps on the 12v+ rail and at least a 600 watt power supply usually with 1 - 6 pin and 1 - 6+2 pin PCIE power connections.

You need to upgrade your power supply.
