amd ryzen 1500x
radeon rx 570
16gb ram can i run the new games like ac origins,wolfenstein 2 and the new upcoming games on 1920x1080 monitor ?

You will run an average of 50 frames on most new games on max settings with that setup on a 1080p monitor

Yes you can. Just dont expect ultra settings. Although not the best, those specs are pretty decent.
