Can i run these games

So my question is can i run these games on 900p with 30/60 fps on high/ultra. Games are: The evil within, ac unity, assassins creed 3,4 batman arkham knight, the witcher 3, max payne 3, resident evil 6, resident evil revelations 2, la noire, alan wake, metro last light redux, metro 2033 redux, crysis 3. So which settings and fps can i run those games. My specs:
CPU: i5 4690k 3.5 GHZ
GPU: R9 290
8 GB DDR3. So which settings and fps in listed games. And i want to know if assassins creed 3,4 are kind of capped on 30 fps cause i was watching gameplays of ac 3 and ac 4 on 4690k r9 290 guy achieved 30 fps with no drops. So pls help me
