hey all i currently have a gtx 550ti and i am very angry that this card olny supports 2 monitors. so i decided to go look on ebay and there seems to be alot of amd hd 6950 for about 50 dollars used. but the olny thing im worried about is my corsair vs450 power supply and how it might not be able to push the 6950 running 3 monitors but looking at the psu watt calculator i the card with my system will olny draw a max of 351 watts. also i found a few pictures on google images that show the whole system with a 6950 olny drawing 297 watts haeavily gaming. so i really want to know if i can buy this card without my psu taking down my system.

system specs:
intel pentium g3258 4ghz 1.229v
asrock h97m pro4
2x4gb 1333mhz ram
gtx550ti 2gb
corsair vs450
2 hard drives
deepcool tesseract sw case

That video card would be putting your power supply right at the limit, which is never a good thing. 290 watts for the video card only leaves 160 watts for everything else, and I generally like to have 200 watts available for everything else, and then you should try to have a power supply load at between 40% and 65% so that it is functioning at its most efficient levels.

I would prefer to see you get a 550 to 650 watt power supply if you want to run that video card.
