I am having some static problem in my PC, and I followed all the instructions you guy gave me. I changed the psu unit and still giving me the same problem. Now I want to try changing the motherboard. My question is ASrock fatal1ty z97 killer is compatible with i7 860 cpu???

No that is not compatible you need a socket lga 1156 board to fit that cpu. Those are no longer available new and you'll have to buy them from sites like ebay.

No you can't, your cpu uses a now "dead" socket (1156), the motherboard you stated uses Haswell\Broadwell cpu's (1150) so you will need a corresponding cpu.

For gaming, if you can afford it, I recommend the 4690K (better if you plan to overclock) or the 4690 (if you don't plan to overclock).

If you need to do editing, coding, rendering, or utilizing virtual machine(s), then you should consider the 4790K (if overclocking) or the 4790 (if not overclocking).

The i5-4440, i5-4460, i5-4670, and i7-4770(K) are also good options, if you can find at good deals.
