Can i run this graphics card?

I have no idea how to do all this computer stuff so I need some help. I was wondering if my computer could run:

"Yes you can", more info regarding your PSU would be good to know, a random/generic one could be a risk for your system, but it should be able to handle that GPU.

CAN I RUN GTX 750TI ??

Yeah a 600w PSU should be able to handle the GTX 750 Ti, as long as it provides at least 20A in it's 12V+ rail (you can check that by looking the sticker attached to your PSU).
