Can I run this graphics card?

I am going to buy an amd radeon 7950 but I was wondering if I could definitely run it well.
I have an apu the a8 5600k.
My motherboard is an asrock fm2a88m extreme4+.
My PSU is a 550w corsair one (forgotten which one).
