Can I run triple 1080p monitors

Hey guys I was just wondering if I could play ganes, preferably not on low settings, on a single asus strix 970. If not should I upgrade to a 980 or 2 970s. Will either be getting the i5 4690k or the i7 4790k if that helps.

i5 4690 is good enough for gaming, you should go with that and get an 980, 1 stronger GPU is always better than 2 weaker ones, also in SLI GPU's aren't efficient, make more noise and heat and are just pain in the ass in general with bad compatibility issue, just get 1 stronger GPU.

the fps on 3 1080p monitors will be about 10% above the score for the 4k resolution. check reviews for the games you intend to play. for gaming an i5 is plenty.
