Can I run two different drivers on same computer?

I want to use a 4850 and a 7870 in the same computer so they both require different drivers. So my question is, can I run two drivers at the same time in windows 8?

Why do you want to use two cards?

Especially since you cant CrossfireX...

No the drivers will interfere with each other. Why do you want to do that though?

In which case I would use driver uninstaller to remove the old drivers install the 7870 drivers and then you should have enough functionality to mine with the 4850
