My specs are as follows

CPU i3 3.07ghz
GPU gtx 750
RAM rgb

You can literally run any game with 4gb of ram as it's enough if you're not planning on playing games in ultra settings.As for the CPU and GPU you'll have around 30 - 40 fps with all settings on low.
