Can I run watch dogs?

I have a few concerns about running watchdogs on my PC at medium to high settings. Here are my specs:
Saphire r9 270x graphic card
AMD fx 6300 cpu
Crucial ballitix sport 2 x 4 RAM

Believe me it won't 770 2gb 1080p 62 fps haha i run it with smaa 1440x90 and its 50-70.

Depends on your res but yeah with fxaa you will push it to 50-60 fps.
