Can I run Watch_Dogs?

Hello,
I've got a desktop computer, all in one, with Intel Core I3 and with the graphics card NVidia GeForce 710A.
I also got a laptop with Intel Core I5 and with the graphics card GeForce GT 525M
Can one of my computers be able to run Watch_Dogs.
Also, both have them have 4 GB ram.

The Laptop will play it on low settings. @1368x768 or low to medium mix settings @ 1280x720


The Desktop will do low settings @1680x1050 or Medium @ 1280x720

I can't use it because I can't install Java for some reason, it won't let me, and the desktop app won't install as well.

Well, sorry, but I am not good at this, what is better to play on? My laptop or desktop?

No.
Probably WatchDogs requires 6GB of RAM minimum. So search for a new laptop/pc or try another games and leave it behind.
