Can I run windows 10 ?

I have a laptop with system specification -

CPU - Intel core 2 duo T6400 at 2 Ghz
Ram - 3 GB
Graphics - Mobile intel 4 series express card at 1341 MB

Will I be able to run Windows 10 ?

You're only at 3GB of ram, you'll be fine with 32Bit architecture.

sure I have a laptop with similar setting, but don't expect any improvement in speed over windows 7

There's a saying, if it aint broke, don't fix it...so if Windows 8 is working fine for you, stick with it.

So which one shall I install 32 bit or 64 bit. My cpu is 64 bit capable but came pre-installed with win 7 home premium 32 bit.

yes I agree if you only 3gb of ram then 32bits is plenty
