Can i run Windows 10 ?

***My PC Specs :
$- Core 2 Duo e6700@2.66Ghz.
$- Samsung 4gb DDR-2 Ram@667Mhz (Dual Channel).
$- Nvidia Quadro 600 1gb-DDR3_128bits.
$- 1x80gb SATA Drive 7.2k RPM HDD,1x500gb USB sata Seagate Goflex HDD.
I am Currently using Win-7 64bits.So can i run windows 10 ?

I cant see a problem with it. Should be fine! You may want to chuck another 4GB RAM in for good measure though, and probably install it on the larger HDD of the two.

Yes you can. These are windows 10 minimum requirements It only needs 1GB Ram and 1Ghz Processor to run.

Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster.
RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
Free hard disk space: 16 GB.
Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver.
A Microsoft account and Internet access.
