Can I run Windows 7 on this old computer.

I have an ancient PC, just trying to get alittle more life out of it, It's a Dell E520.
2.66Ghz Dual Core Processor, Radeon 6450 Graphics Card, and 3GB RAM

I just want to make sure I can run it.

It runs decently on Core 2 Duo chips; Windows 10, surprisingly, runs even better.
