Question can i run xeon e5405 on g31 board without intergrated graphics

my motherboard has onboard gma 3100 250mb graphics and i currently run e2160 processor which comes without integrated graphics so if i upgrade to xeon 5405 moded for lga 775 will it boot up with gui or not.

You said it yourself, "MY Motherboard has Onboard GMA" Which is onboard, none of the 771/775 socket CPU's did not have intergrated graphics, the 1156 started to have first (I5-560 etc).
Also for modded xeon you will need to patch the bios microcodes.
