MY PROCESSOR IS INTEL PENTIUM CPU G645 @ 2.90GHZ
AND 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM
WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 BIT
1 )i will work to my pc

3) how much fps will i get in Gta 5
4) how much fps will i get in watch dogs 2???

The CPU you have will cause issues with newer games, especially those that want a fast CPU like GTA V. The video card is also a bit slow for gaming, although OK for low settings. You will need more RAM for newer games. The power supply is a low quality one that can damage your video card and possibly the motherboard/cpu/anything connected to it.

Aside from all those issues, the card should run in the system (assuming it fits in the case), and you will get to playable FPS in those games on low settings at lower resolution with a bit of stutter in areas.
