That GPU is a galaxy below the minimum requirements, so if by some miracle you got it to run, it would be a thoroughly unpleasant experience. You're not very specific about the i7 -- there are a lot of them -- but the GPU is disqualifying so the CPU doesn't really matter (and I believe the weakest i7 would at least manage to run GTA V).
