Can I plays Battlefield Hardline with this spec?

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2Ghz
Mobo: Asus B85M-G
RAM: 2× 4GB Kingston HyperX Genesis 1600mhz
GPU: Asus R9-270 DirectCU II OC 2Gb GDDR5
PSU: Antec VP450
If can't what should i change?

That system is good enough for BF Hardline.

However, higher settings than medium will cause plenty of drops below 50-60 FPS.

Smoothly I can't say.

The CPU is always going to hold you back a bit. GPU isn't the most powerful either.

Proper smooth gameplay would be an i5-4460 with an R9 280/GTX 960.

Perhaps a G3258 with a GTX 960 would help.

What's your budget?

It 'should' run fine. It all depends on if the game has the 'non quad core' issue that's been plaguing other titles lately (Dragon Age, FarCry 4, etc).

FIFA 15 is not demanding. You can play it easily at highest settings with G3258 + R9 270.

I am playing Assassin Creed Unity at 20+ Fps (1280x800, High Settings with HBAO+ on R7 250x 1 GB) where it gives a BIG red cross to every of my PC Component. Never get worried about specified minimum requirements for a game.

How about GTA V? Can I plays smoothly on i3-4130? If can't, what is your recommend proc and cheapest? How about i5 4460? Can I runs it smoothly? Should i changes my PSU too?

Definitely take the i5-4460 and R9 280 if your wallet allows it.

The XFX TS 550W power supply would be more than enough if you want a really good one.

I say i5-4460 and R9 280 atleast for GTA V.

Intel Core i3 4th Gen would be able to handle all of the modern games to date.
