Thats not a good rule to follow considering how formidable modern intel chips have become.

That being said, you wont run rust on that system.

Have you seen the HD630 benchmarks? Its impressive for integrated graphics.

That may be, but integrated graphics are never a good idea for gaming when there's all kinds of dedicated ones out there.
