[SOLVED] Can I sell a game code bundle?

I am building my first PC, and it is not for gaming. I am using it for CAD, Adobe, TensorFlow, et cetera. With my 2700X came a game code for "The Division 2". Since I don't intend to play the game, I was wondering if I could sell it. Is this legal/acceptable?

Solution
"Coupon Code may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, offered as a prize, or in any way alienated by a Participant or any other person without the express consent of Promoter. Promoter reserves the right to take any and all actions at its disposal to stop unlawful use of the Coupon Code, including without limitation seeking injunctive relief, disqualifying a Participant, or voiding a particular Coupon Code. Seems you'd need AMDs permission to sell it.
There could be people with the same hardware who missed out. I know I'm a little upset that I pre-ordered The Division 2 via Ubisoft a few weeks ago before the private Beta, and now Ubisoft is giving away a choice of Ghost Recon Wildlands, Farcry Primal, or Watch Dogs 2 when you pre-order, but apparently I don't get that since I pre-ordered before they started that give-a-way. :(

If I were trying to sell one I would post it on Reddit and go through PayPal, because PayPal will offer the buyer a guarantee and they could get there money back if you rip them off. There's tons of people on Reddit. r/PCMasterRace is a very large community full of PC gamers. It could go against their rules so maybe check that first. You can always list it on eBay. Wherever you sell it be sure to let them know it came with your Ryzen 7 2700X.

Legally? Where would I do that? Sorry, I don't know really anything about gaming.

You'd have to consult the T&C to determine eligibility. From a "legal" standpoint, there's nothing stopping you.
However, even if against the T&C, it's kind of an accepted practice. Nvidia have implemented the GeForce Experience verification to stop it happening - but (AFAIK) have never pursued anyone for selling/trading/giving away before.
Ball is now in AMD's court to determine if they want to implement similar verification practices. I wouldn't be surprised if they do.

Hmmm, certainly looks that way.

I do find this part hilarious though
stop unlawful use

Nothing about use of a game code is unlawful (unless stolen, obtained via fraud etc). Not to mention the varying legal framework in each State in the US, let alone other jurisdictions worldwide.
They may well blacklist the code, but that would be about the extent of their abilities.
