Go read the license terms to see if it's transferable.

I don't have any idea how it works but let's just assume you've never activated it (by installing and using the code) and it IS transferable. I'm going to say it's probably also keyed to everything else in the bundle and won't work unless it's all together.

Otherwise: you can sell anything to anybody who'll pay you for it.

That depends on the circumstances of how you got the code. In some cases, it may be labelled as "Not for Resale" in which case, the answer would be no. However, in other cases, you can do with it as you please. This is how the grey market stores like Kinguin got started.
